Tavern on Rush is a well established steakhouse on Rush Street and is known for its steaks, grills and fish. The ground floor, with its large round bar and sofas, is always full, and the dining room on the first floor offers a beautiful view of Rush Street and its constant activity. The outdoor terrace is also very popular in summer, so it is better to book in advance.
If the waiters are dressed in white, it is not necessary to come in evening clothes, the restaurant being frequented by families, couples, all the wildlife who come to breathe the festive air of Rush Street. In the entrance, on the wall on the right, the stars of the small and big screen who have sat here are proudly framed. Jay Leno, who is best known for his late night show on NBC, is one of them.
