Located in the Wicker Park district since 2001, Penny's is known as one of the best district restaurants. Noodles are their specialty: chicken, beef, shrimp, soup or fries, with all kinds of exotic sauces more or less spicy. Much appreciated the clarity of the large windows that give on North avenue. The chicagoan chain expanded in two other neighbourhoods, Lincoln Park and Oak Park.
