Motivated by the growing population of Japanese expatriates in the Gold Coast district, this Japanese barbecue restaurant offers an unfamiliar cuisine that has nothing to do with sushi. Meat, fish, raw and simply marinated vegetables arrive on large plates, which the waiters place around the grill placed in the center of the table. If you've got a knack for cooking, the meal turns out to be divine. Don't hesitate to make a reservation, as the restaurant is often crowded with locals, and the wait can be (very) long.

J'aime bien ce resto à Chicago. Super leur cuisine japonaise. Saveur inégalable. Je me suis régalé.
