ALINEA
With its deconstructed cuisine with surprising flavours, Alinéa is resolutely one of the most inventive restaurants of the moment.
In the American capital of taste, Alinea is one of the most inventive restaurants of the moment, under the direction of owner and chef Grant Achatz. From deconstructed food with strange flavours, tables set up in the laboratory to dishes replaced by test tubes and other cylinders, everything is unique in this restaurant. The Michelin Guide awarded it three stars in 2010, and it is the only restaurant in Chicago to date to have kept them. It is the best address in the city, and one of the most expensive.
