This Italian restaurant dates back to 1909, when Luigi Davino came to the United States. Then it is a family story: the sons resumed the shop, then the nephew of Luigi, Gagliano. The map, which used to offer bread and pizza, has spread to salads, pasta, sandwiches. In 2004, the company was acquired by David Morton, who already holds the famous steackhouses chain. Good idea before you go to a "stand-up comedy" to Crush (see "Exit" section).

De passage à Chicago s'est arrêté au Pompei Pizza. J'ai été très bien accueilli. C'était trop sympa.
