Opened in 2013, this address is a good symbol of the gentrification that is affecting the neighbourhood. The building has been classified as a historic monument and its managers have done their best to preserve the bohemian spirit of the place. We swoon over the saffron tagliatelle and come back for "Juicy Lucy", a marmalade and bacon burger. The place is also known for its brunch and regional beers. In the basement, there is a bar, the Punch House, specialized in punch (as its name suggests) and in the background, a concert hall, the Thalia Hall.
