Opened in 2011 by a French couple, Bistronomic enjoys a fine reputation. And for good reason, three best burger awards have come and gone for Chef Martial, including the latest in 2019, awarded by the Chicago Tribune. It's no wonder that American customers flock to the restaurant at brunch time... Everything that makes the reputation of French cuisine is present: beef bourguignon, filet mignon, coq au vin, duck confit, snails... Special mention to the crème brûlée, a clever balance between chocolate and smooth cream.
