This Best Western in the South Loop has a lot going for it: frequent promotions on its rates, quite decent comfort, breakfast included in the advertised rate and proximity to Grant Park and the lake, of course; but also tempting attractions like Buddy's Guy, the Field Museum or the Sheed Aquarium. Although the carpeting in the hallways is not extremely fresh, the rooms are very pleasant, large and well equipped. However, the microwave is only available as a self-service option in the lobby.
