Opened in 1920, this upscale hotel is housed in a landmark building on the Magnificent Mile. It's close to the Lakefront Trail, just a 5-minute walk from the 360 Chicago observation deck and 10 minutes from the nearest subway station. Rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated in a traditional style. They feature Italian marble bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi (surcharge). Some rooms offer lake views. Suites feature a sitting area and access to a lounge offering complimentary breakfast and snacks. The hotel also offers three restaurants, including a richly decorated dining room where afternoon tea is served. There's also a gym, a business center and almost 2,800 m² of meeting space.
