The Gene Siskel Film Center is part of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and as such has been presenting a nonprofit program of independent and international films since 1972. Recognized as Chicago's finest independent cinema, it often features French films. Note that to the right of the Gene Siskel Film Center are the ABC Chicago studios. Through the bay windows, you can see the news set. Stop by during news hour if you want to catch a glimpse of the Windy City's star anchors.
