At the time of the construction of this church, in 1912, the Magnificent Mile was called Pine Street and none of the surrounding towers was still there. Today, when you're inside its little courtyard, on Michigan Avenue, you can see in the sky the pyramid and massive form of the Hancock Center. On the occasion of the visit of this church, you really realize the amazing development of Chicago. As for the church itself, it has an organ of 6 603 pipes that was restored in 2015 as well as beautiful stained stained glass windows.
