A three-story museum with a children's room on the floor, revealing many facets of Swedish-American history.

The museum traces the history of the arrival of the Swedes in the United States and Chicago. It is a story of dreams and disappointments, of extremely precarious lives like great fortunes, a perfect illustration of the American dream. On three floors, the museum unveils many facets of American-Swedish history: life-size mannequins wearing period clothing, historical objects, etc. The children will be delighted by the Children's Museum on the third floor.
