In 1981, a collective of artists came together and created a travelling exhibition presenting the works of the "Nam" veterans, and this is how the museum was born. No chronology, no geopolitical details between these walls, but paintings, photographs, sculptures or performances, which focus on the impact of war on these soldiers. Today, the museum also houses works by veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
