Chicago's historic alleyway housing homes of various styles with a rather fun overview.
This alley is classified as a historical heritage site in Chicago. If you have time, move away five minutes north of Wrigley Field to discover it. You can admire a series of Victorian houses built between 1900 and 1904. With their brick walls and the trees that shade them, they look surprising in London in Chicago, and for good reason: it was the alleys of the British capital that inspired her! The forty or so houses in the alley have various styles, which gives a rather amusing overview.
