It represents, in capital letters in a slightly vintage style reminiscent of an old postcard, the phrase Greetings from the city.... (good wishes from...) declined according to the name of the city. Seattle, San Diego, El Paso, Denver, Coney Island and Toledo also have their murals designed by Ling.
