Opened in 2000, the Richard Norton Gallery has one of the most important selections of American Impressionist and Modern works (paintings, sculptures, drawings) in Chicago. Opened in 2000, it specializes in twentieth-century art, particularly Art Deco, American abstract artists from New York, and painters from the Midwest and Great Lakes region. Temporary exhibitions are also held almost every month. The works on display can be viewed free of charge.
