We can only applaud its surprising neo-bistro initiative, given Honfleur's abundance of tourist menus. It's time for oysters, direct from Veules-les-Roses, with some very original little surprises! Then, accompanied by poiré or natural wine, the terroir is revisited with astuteness. The reasonable bill, given the quality of the whole, confirms that we'll be back soon!
