Push open the door of this brick-and-wood institution, in the purest Auvergne tradition. A fireplace on the first floor, a chic second floor, beauty and good taste. Just like on the plate. For over 20 years, the "flagship" dish has been the Honfleur bouillabaisse, with its treasures of the sea simmering in a saffron velouté. Chef Julien Domin makes our gourmet hearts skip a beat.
