EAT STREET SOCIAL
A restaurant where Minneapolis' young working people meet on weekends or in the evenings after work. "Social", because it's easy to build relationships with the bartenders or your neighbours, especially if you sit along the large bar in the middle of the room. The decoration is not very elaborate but warm. The menu, rather American, proposes dishes and small cocks, small plates to share. You must absolutely accompany your dish with a cocktail, because cocktails are as much a part of the house's reputation as the cuisine.
