Originally from Minneapolis, Chef Gavin Kaysen returned to his hometown in 2014 after working for top chefs in Europe and the United States. His goal is to celebrate the seasons of the Midwest while drawing inspiration from his past culinary experiences. Might as well say that the bet is deliciously successful! A must try Dorothy's Pot Roast, roast beef simmered in a casserole named after the chef's grandmother. Housed in a former stable, the restaurant has a very design decor and a touch of rusticity.
