A true Twin Cities institution: Gluek's has been here since the 1930s! The room is dark, decorated with stained-glass windows and kitschy hunting trophies in a cheerful jumble. Pretzels are on offer, but never without their dips: beer cheese soup or honey mustard, your choice. More than enough to wash down with a Gluek's draught, also available as a cocktail. Unless, of course, you opt for dishes with the inevitable German sausage, adapted here to all sauces.
