A burger, yes, but not just any burger. Here, quality ingredients and creativity are the order of the day. While the traditional cheeseburger, made with local beef and Wisconsin cheese, is on the menu - and to die for - the bison and turkey burgers are just as good. More surprising is the tuna burger: served with fig and goat cheese. To accompany all this, you'll want a beer brewed in Minnesota. A nice change from the traditional burger. Five restaurants in all in the city.

J'étais chez Red Cow à St Paul. Rien à redire sur la qualité de leur burger. Vraiment excellente.
