It is probably not for the decoration that we go to this brewery but for its beers. The brewer, Bob DuVernois, has created nearly eighty-five and has won many awards including gold medal for the King Boreas Imperial Wit. Located in the heart of Saint Paul, Great Waters welcomes all lovers of the moss that enjoy it in summer on the terrace. Even though beer is their speciality, they also offer good plates.
