This rather special shop offers its customers the opportunity to make their own beer. Beware, the process takes two weeks! On site, choose your beer (from their selection of forty-five recipes), and it's up to you to mix the different components and go through the process. Come back two weeks later - the time of fermentation - to cap your bottles, or even label them with a personal message and leave with your six cases of twelve bottles.
