Fayze's is known at La Crosse for his baked bread according to European tradition. What tradition, we do not know, there are, of course, many in Europe, but for the United States, "according to the European tradition", it is a prestige mark for everything relating to art, and the great reference in the field of culinary art. Fayze's will be remembered as a good compromise for those whose budget is not equal to their hunger. It serves excellent sandwiches as well as small but tasty soups (try "Clam Chowder", clam soup).
