Rose garden in Leif Erikson Park, on the shores of Lake Superior, ideal to visit in the summer
Forty thousand varieties of roses are gathered in Leif Erikson Park, located on the shores of Lake Superior. The place was founded in 1965 by a Duluth resident from Latvia, who wanted to give her adopted city a beautiful rose garden like the one that existed in Europe. The best season to go and admire the roses is obviously summer, when they are all in bloom. We will obviously take the time to enjoy the view of the lake.
