RESTAURANT SOFRE KHANE SANGALAG
On the south side of Shahr Behesht Park, not far from Archaeological Museum, rather well placed if you dedicate the day to the visits, you can lunch without changing neighborhoods. The traditional meal is most often accompanied by ancient Persian music. On the menu, excellent marinated chicken skewers, bon caviar and ground viande, not forgetting the essential but refreshing mast (Iranian yogurt) and nan (galette bread kosher). We appreciate the large, high-ceiling room, furnished with always pleasant carpet tables. Once the meal has finished, order a qalyan, history to initiate the ritual of the Iranian shisha.
