LA REVUE DE TEHERAN
Founded in 2005, the Tehran Magazine celebrates its 10 th anniversary. Today, it is the only Iranian magazine in the French language. It is distributed within Iran and also includes subscribers in France and several French-speaking countries. Its management is under the aegis of the Ettelaat Foundation, which, since its creation in 1934, has published, in addition to the daily Ettelaat, numerous scientific, cultural and social publications. The Tehran Journal is aimed at a French-speaking French and Iranian public, and aims to publicize and deepen certain historical, philosophical or social aspects of Iranian culture. It also deals with literature and discusses some major Iranian and French socio-political Debates. The aim of this review is to publicize the many riches of Iran and to participate, in a modest way, in the dialogue of civilizations. At the same time, it contributes to the promotion of the French language in Iran. It also aims to encourage comparative research on topics common to both cultures, and to open up new fields of study and cooperation between Iran and France. Its contributors are academics with a perfect mastery of the French language. In the archives of the journal, you can find interesting files. We must salute the exceptional scholarship and wealth, both in the words and in the iconograhie, of this magazine, whose editor, Amélie Neuve-Église, is a sociologist, philosopher and high-level French researcher, married to an Iranian.
