BAZAR
This very beautiful bazaar, a long bowl snapped under multiple vaults and old domes, is punctuated by secret passages and old caravansals. A former hammam, converted to tchaikhana, will allow you to plan time, during the days of the silk road caravans, for a cup of tea. Do not neglect the sidewalks of the lateral arteries: They will delight shopping enthusiasts with old shades always turning spice from around the world. The Kashan bazaar is also a good spot to meet the few artisans crafting water and rose oil. The bazaar is a reflection of the wealth of the city and its importance as a commercial crossroads over the centuries. Permeate the fruits and dried herbs presented on the shelves. Lemons and dried yogurt cakes will cut all small faims. See also small mosques like the Maydan-e Fayz, a four-century building dating back to the mid-fifteenth century.
