In the kitchen, Nicolas works masterfully to treat your taste buds to fine dishes that feature the tastiest fish and selected cuts from the butcher. Nothing but excellence. Your pastries are made to order, such as the unmissable chocolate fondant. Before your digestive walk on the beach, dip your lips in a calvados of the best vintage (Drouin or Dupont)!
