Restaurant offering dishes that change with the seasons, in a wonderful part of town.
It’s great to be at Les Halles, a fine brasserie whose motto "Le sens du goût" is quickly adopted. Franck and Caroline’s restaurant has been delighting visitors to the area opposite the covered market since 2007. Depending on the season and the market, you can enjoy fresh fish, mature meats with homemade sauces and fries, early vegetables... The plate is beautiful, the service adorable. As for Franck, he guides you through his extensive wine library. In short, a place you’ll always keep in the back of your mind!
