Chic, understated restaurant offering delicious bistronomic cuisine in Houlgate.

This chic, sober and refreshing address is a must-visit. Maxime Lehoucq delights us with his homemade bistronomic cuisine. A sure bet and a promise of freshness on the (short) menu: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, renewed every week. Pêle-mêle: oeufs meurette with smoked bacon and garlic croutons, pork belly confit for 24 hours, Trouville sole (caught by Maxime's brother), floating island with caramelized pistachios... Enjoy in the dining room or on a sunny patio. With a glass of Père Jules cider!

Très bon accueil, de bonnes explications sur les différents mets, une cuisine de produits avec des associations d'épices et des garnitures cuisinées avec goût. Et pour finir en beauté des desserts à tomber...

Equipe accueillante (nous étions 4 + 1 bébé, aucun problème), plats travaillés et délicieux (le brownie caramélisé est une tuerie), ambiance rock 70/80s chaleureuse. Je recommande fortement cette adresse!
