SHARZEH TRADITIONNEL RESTAURANT
You go to the Valik mosque, near the nomadic bazaar to find this restaurant in the basement, typical with buffet, traditional live music in the evening, skewers, historical… This is not Iran's best restaurant, but it is perfectly correct and here you take your order in English with kindness. The buffet of starters is varied and can be enough to satisfy modest appetites. Historical are much more consistent and stews are served in generous portions. Don't miss the saffron desserts. The whole is invaded by tourists in the high season, but remains a good choice in downtown.
