One of the 5 stars of the city (not the international standard), located behind the citadel Karim Kham. Built in 2004, this privately owned hotel comprises 72 clean rooms decorated in pastel tones. Perfect bathrooms, all equipped with hair dryer. To see absolutely, the open sky tea house on the top floor with a superb panorama on the city, the citadel and the surrounding mountains (access to non-residents).
