Hotel-restaurant offering traditional dishes in Isigny-sur-Mer.

The only beautiful establishment in Isigny-sur-Mer, it reminds us of the warm, cheerful boarding houses we rarely see anymore. The enhancement of the former coaching inn adds to the respect for the place. Maryline, Maître Restaurateur, runs her hotel-restaurant from top to bottom. On the menu of the day, à la carte or à la carte, you’ll find traditional dishes such as a Normandy aumonière, farmhouse hen au blanc and grilled beef. Excellent are the Isigny oysters and the Normandy tart with caramel sauce.

Etant de passage sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel de France. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est à l'écoute du client et vous donne de bons conseils. Carte menus bien détaillé et repas bien servi. Cuisson respecté et plats qui on un bon gouts de terroir. Prochaine étape on s'y arrêtera.
