A spartan establishment, really dedicated to those who want to pay as little as possible. And despite the low prices, the whole thing is still too expensive with moderately clean rooms, common bathrooms to which we would prefer the simple external tap and a minimum level of service. This is the price to pay to stay close to the centre, but frankly, we prefer to recommend that you untie your scholarship and stay elsewhere, not necessarily much more expensive.
