The subsoil of Qesh is rich in food salt, and a mine has been exploited until very recently. Today it is possible to walk about 200 metres to detail the island's mineral wealth. In addition to salt, iron or sulphur are also visible. The walk is worth a visit both for the excursion into the mine itself and for the scenery along the coastal road. Not to be missed.
