Visita obligada si estas en berlin, fuimos por nuestra cuenta, la entrada es gratis y pagas audioguia de 3,50 en español, te dan un mapa y recorres a tu ritmo y lo que te interese. Se llega en tren banjandote en sachsenhaussen y caminando 1 km y medio maso, por el pueblo o bajandote una parada antes, conectas con un bus que te deja en la puerta. Todo bien señalizado

Sehr mulmiges Gefühl bei den Gräueltaten die hier Stattgefunden haben. Aber schön, dass die Vergangenheit nicht vergessen wird.

I recommend visiting with a good guide, like Campbell from Insider tours. It adds a lot to the experience, and you can learn a lot more of the history.

Fascinating and powerful monument from a dark era of history, showing the restored work camp in use during the WW2 era.

Carefully recreated buildings, original structures, and several small museums packed with information and artifacts.

Plenty of toilets inside. A small cafe is outside near a bus stop to the town's train station, easily accessible from Berlin.

Powerful, moving place. Very informative, detailed exhibits in a quiet, peaceful place of such gravity and history.

The site where tens of thousands of people - Jewish people, political prisoners, homosexuals, POWs and others - were callously worked to death and murdered. Exhibits and memorials are sited within the camp and its buildings.

Poignant reminder of the worst excesses of human fascist ideology. To see the crematoria ovens of the Holocaust with my own eyes was a sombre, chilling experience. We owe it to those who lost their lives to remember.

Wir waren an einem Samstag dort und haben den Audio Guide für 3,50 € genommen. Wir haben uns viel Zeit gelassen und auch die Schilder gelesen. Nach 2 Stunden sind wir gegangen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt haben wir die Hälfte des KZ gesehen. Wir haben uns allerdings Zeit gelassen und wollten die Umgebung auf uns wirken lassen. Den zweiten Teil werden wir nachholen. Hinweis: An unserem Tag war es etwas windig. Durch den Wind war es trotz Temperaturen um die 20 Grad recht frisch. Eine dünne Jacke hätten wir gebraucht.

We had Peter as our guide and he was absolutely amazing. Very informative.
Given the nature of the tour, it really does bring to light the history of what occurred throughout WW2.

Kort en bondige uitleg over de geschiedenis van het kamp heb ik gemist.
Ook een bewijzerde route zou handig zijn.

Hier zahlt man keinen Eintritt und kann das gesamte Gelände besichtigen. Wir haben uns einen Audioguide genommen, der wirklich viel erzählt hat. Es stehen nicht mehr viele Gebäude auf dem Gelände, aber die die da sind, sind super informativ. Wir waren fast 5 Stunden da und haben noch lange nicht alles gelesen. Sehr grausam und unwirklich. Umso besser, dass man diese Gedänkstätte besichtigen kann.
Draußen hab es ein kleines Café, wo man für unverschämt viel Geld essen und trinken erwerben kann. Also nehmt euch lieber was mit.

Fuimos con un guía, y la verdad que muy bien , te cuentan bastantes cosas de lo que sucedió , el sitio es enorme impresionante bastante, el tour que escogimos era gratuito pero se paga a voluntad , el precio ronda los 30 euros por persona según donde lo cojas

Eine bewegende Gedenkstätte. Es wurde vieles erhalten. Zwar kann man das Leid und Elend nicht annähernd erahnen, doch es ist ist viel anschaulicher als in Buchenwald. Man muss sich Zeit nehmen und sollte ca. 3-4 Stunden einplanen. Eintritt ist kostenfrei. Guide im Ohr kostet 7€.

Originality

Si vous venez à Berlin il faut en profiter pour venir visiter le camp. C'est un lieu de mémoire très bien pensé, tout y est expliqué et commenté sans jamais tomber dans l'horreur ou le cliché.
Il faut absolument prendre les audioguides pour bien comprendre ce qui s'y est passé et pourquoi il est aménagé ainsi.
