Shortly after the foundation of Broda, in 1248, it was necessary to build a wall wall to protect the city from invasions. Destroyed almost entirely during the Second World War, this wall of 7 m high in red brick was restored fairly faithfully, so that even today, beautiful walks are to be undertaken at its feet.
