Since the th century, and until the middle of the th century, many Slavic tribes have been installed in Mecklenburg, testifying to the Slavic influence of the names of certain cities. In memory of this past, a reconstruction of the Slavic village was established in 1994 on the shores of the lake. Visitors can discover the houses, the crafts and even the boats of this people who have so marked German history. For creux, a barbecue serves delicious bacon sandwiches.
