In a courtyard of Louisenstrasse there is a public swimming pool dating back to 1896, built in the neoclassical style under the name Germaniabad. It served as a public bath until 1982, in this area where most of the apartments did not have a bathroom. In 1997, the swimming pool was covered with a glass roof, adding to the sober and industrial beauty of these places.
