A neighbourhood tavern that Stefan and Regine Weiss, nicknamed Mama, wanted authentic and dedicated to the taste experience. The dishes served smell of traditional German cuisine. The famous Rinderroulade, a kind of roulade stuffed with onions and pickles, is on the menu, as are the pork cutlets with their salted potatoes (Salzkartoffeln). To guarantee the binding between the dishes, no problem, since the restaurant houses a wine cellar open to the public. There are many French wines in particular.
