GASTSTÄTTE KOLLEKTIV
White tablecloths surmounted by candlesticks, waiters with care. Chic but rather banal at first sight. Then we push the door and discover on the wall a replica of the East Side Gallery in Berlin behind the bar, or rather, an extract that lingers on the famous kiss between Honecker and Brezhnev. At the same time, in the room, we come face to face with furniture and tapestries that plunge us back 40 or 50 years. Welcome to a deliberately themed restaurant, which invites guests to relive the atmosphere of meals and dishes (such as Warmes Eckchen) that grandmothers, sometimes their grandmothers, used to cook during the GDR era.
