A well-known establishment in Connewitz. This vegan restaurant concocts fine cuisine from very dietetic products. Everything is vegetarian at the Zest, apart from cheese, proposed separately. The atmosphere is friendly in this interior which leaves the wood beautiful, where an eclectic audience comes together. The inspiration for dishes is often international: stews, gratins, or soybean steaks with green peppers and apples and calvados. It's a table!
