One of our heartbeat for the Südvorstadt-Connewitz. Hidden at the bottom of Werk II's «culture plant», in the unique atmosphere of this factory transformed into a cultural center, Connstanze, while being fashionable, displays serenity and tranquility. Its cozy rectangular room stretching outside a beautiful bar has tables with simplicity, as in a simple coffee. But there is more than that: music, server behavior, the public. An artist, but discreetly. It's a falsely bohemian place but where you can really let yourself go to talk about hours, a beer never far away, sometimes until the early morning if you let yourself be tempted by the monthly disco night. Connstanze also offers a few delicious bistros.
