Always good foot, good eye, Cantona coffee. The very example of the real concept bar with German, almost at the Berlin, but version leipzigoise. Belonging to the same owner as the already cultured Hotel Seeblick de la Karli, Cafe Cantona came to the Rossplatz in a very communist jungle, to accommodate a design and retro, trendy and punk establishment, which forged its identity on an obsession: Eric Cantona! Eric Cantona! With fetishism, with humor and logo, the establishment decorates the great French footballer star of Manchester United, with many references to his famous jumped kick. Apart from this hand-held folklore for «Eric the King», this café-bar is one of the favorite spots of a «in» clientele of the Südvorstadt's «Szene». For an (excellent) breakfast, for a coffee in the daytime or for a noisy and lively bar, come and get lost in this funny, high-ceiling, high-ceiling reel with glass windows that make the corner, little post-modernism in the middle of legendary normality instead. It's a hot spot.
