Maria Simon was born in Leipzig in February 1976. A lot of ground has been covered since then for this actress whose career took off in the early 2000s. First of all, for her role in Zornige Küsse, a Swiss feature film in which she was the main character, and which earned her the title of best actress at the Moscow International Film Festival. In 2002, the young woman received the prize for the best female hopeful for her performance in Erste Ehe.
