FLOHMARKT UND TRÖDELMARKT - MARCHÉS AUX PUCES ET BROCANTES

Leipzig is known for its markets with regular flea markets and flea markets, which always drain many people and are festive and user-friendly events.

Each last weekend is the Antik- und Trödelmarkt (market at flea and antiques) on the Agra area (Agra-Gelände) in the southern suburb of Markkleeberg. Some 1000 exhibitors gather on a huge space, including two covered halls of 5000 m ² each. A real institution in Saxony and the opportunity to do business.

Each Sunday of the month is the Alte Messe, the old exhibition area (on the Deutscher Platz in the south-east of the city) which hosts a flea market, with brac and sellers of used items, neglected since the opening of the new, can be visited in its original function.
