In an authentic, picturesque setting, the Ratskeller offers fresh, chef-driven cuisine, with a wide range of culturally-inspired dishes on the menu. In summer, starters include watermelon gazpacho, as well as more traditional starters such as mushroom broth. For main courses, Thai curry coexists with traditional "Rinderrouladen" or "Wiener Schnitzel". Plenty of vegetarian and vegan suggestions too. There's nothing to say, chef Jan Thyen goes all out and the dishes are beautiful.
