Très beau cimetière où repose Goethe et Schiller dans la chapelle ducale accolée à une église orthodoxe russe en miniature. Dans le même cimetière, se trouve aussi le caveau de la famille Goethe et de Charlotte Stein, dame d'honneur de la grande duchesse, que Goethe a aimée passionnément.
